I'm 16 5ft 8-9 and the last time I checked I was about 129 pounds... I feel so fat I hate myself I just want to be skinny but I want to be able to eat normal meals with my family... at the moment I can only eat fruit veg natural yogurt and chicken... if I eat anything else I feel so guilty ... I have started running recently and I cycle most days and ride horses ... every time I try to eat normally my stomach gods all disgusting and pudgy ... does anybody have any advice ? I just want to be a normal teenager who looks good and doesn't stress about food!

Im almost 19 years old 5 feet 9inches 150 pounds and am completely average in weight. I dont look fat. Thats all I have to say about how you look. You are likely overreacting to the situation and need not to worry about what you eat cause you are fine.
You might just enjoy food as comfort but size doesn't matter in my opinion. I'm 17 (boy) I think you need to be 10 or 15 pounds less and that's my exact weight and size all u need to do to lose some weight is join track at school or take jogs around your neighborhood or a local park. Keep track of what you eat and get a daily dose of exercise. Be confident with your self and how you look. Remember your beautiful always in the eyes of God. Mike chang. You get into his program "sixpackshortcuts" on youtube, increase your metabolism, and soon you won't have to stress so much about food because you'll pretty much burn the calories straight away. And in the progress, you will become fitter. I don't know what gender you are so i don't know what body you're after, but just watch his videos and make a few adjustments for your self.
