My manager denied my requset for 3 days off to go medical school touring. I asked 3 weeks in advance which is a week earlier then the minimum. Also they told me from the beginning that they will work around schooling, I have worked 9 of the last 10 friday saturdays and sundays. And now i ask for one off for my schooling they deny it. Can they really do that? Even if they say they will work around my schooling?
