Not with that graphics card. The GeForce 8400GS is bottom of the barrel, you'd have to replace it with a GeForce GTS 450 or better.

Unfortaunlty not, its the procesor thats good but the graphics card isnt u may be able to play fallout on low graphics but not a ginormous game lik skyrim just get an xbox used the wite 1 !!:):):)
I would have thought so but probably on low/mid settings.
