On the Intel webpage for this processor, it states that it has a 64bit instruction set although it is only a single core. It also says that it includes 'Intel 64 Advanced Technologies'. Now, in my old computer I ran windows 7 64bit on an Intel Pentium 4 3.00Ghz with HT, so I was thinking, "Could it be possible for me to do this on this one?"

Seems like it'll work as long as you have 2 GB of RAM. You might want run the Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant to be sure.
