Not sure if Level 7 people can delete question's or not. Nobody can know unless you get to the level. But I guess your question can get deleted by yahoo if it doesn't meet the TOS requirements, I think. If I read that right.

Yea. You should be able too. When I was in Level 1, 2 and now 3 it let me delete questions.
