Go to this site: http://www.animecharactersdatabase.com/

Up in the top right it says search (insert large number) characters. Click that. Then you'll see an area with things like Eye Color, Hair Color, Hair Length, etc. Click edit there, and fill in whatever you'd like to cosplay as. It'll bring up like, every anime character there is so that you can pick whatever works best for you! Hope I help! :)
