computer programs?
Ok. Everytime I shut down my computer one of those boxes pops up with "Please wait while windows shuts down the program faxcomm 5. something" I cant find any program in my computer named that. What in the world is it? And how do I get it off.

Microsoft OneCare Live, run “full service scan”
Updates windows, virus and spyware scan, disk cleanup, disk fragmentation (if needed), backs up registry and then cleans registry, and checks for open firewall ports
