This question is for those who have or work for Enterprise Rental Car. My buddy was hired on a few days ago and now I'm interested in the job. He will go through the management trainee program which I would do the same. I keep reading all these success stories and I wonder how accurate they are of individuals achieving promotions within a short period of time. Anyways, if anyone has any information they'd like to share about the company as far as careers go I'd love to hear what you have to say. How the pay is, the benefits, pros/cons of the job, etc...
TIA!!

I work at a Chevy/Toyota dealership and we had Enterprise on our lot with us, they leased the office space and some of the lot from us.
It was a nightmare from start to finish. Their cars are not kept clean and not serviced regularly, one customer barely made it off the lot and the front bumper and front fender literally fell off the car.
We constantly had complaints from Enterprise customers because of overpriced rates, poor quality rentals, bad customer service, and thier fleet size was too small.
We kicked them out, and adopted our own cars, under the Toyota Rent A Car chain (only available thru Toyota dealers), and we've had a huge success with it, mainly because we are in charge of the cars, thier upkeep, prices, etc.
I know the people at Enterprise make pretty decent salaries, but it is pretty stressful, and sometimes they are short-handed far as employees go. It is commission-based.
Don't judge my biased opion of Enterprise, just telling you what the experience was from another point-of-view.
