My aunt passed away in december and when we went get her kids they told us we couldn't that they had to say with her boyfriend who is not the father of any of them and is a bad acholic. When we went to court they said they didn't want to give them up to us because we lived in philadelphia and they lived in new jersy and they didnt want give up their authority. Finally when her boyfriend messed up and got really drunk and the cops got called and CPS finally came out like they were suppossed every week but never did. When they took the kids instead of giving them to us they put them in foster care. Now they wont even gives a court date to try and get them and they want send the youngest to tenesse were the boyfriend went to live with his family and were not sure if she is even is. So I want to know if anybody knows were we can get help. Also we tryed the news station they wont help us.
