Completely?
Update:By completely, I mean back to the "factory" version. As if it's completely new.
I am not so much of an idiot that I don't understand how to turn off, log off, or restart this computer normally.

if on start / select restart
if hung up or frozen hold down power button to it powers off /than press power button to start
but if you mean how to reset to factory setting look in you start menu for recovery mode
Click the "Start" button (bottom lefthand corner by default) and there should be a "Shutdown" option in the menu that appears - next to that, an arrow. Click the arrow and select "Restart".
Press the windows key - the hit the left arrow twice - this will bring up a menu
or press the window key - in the box type in shutdown /s (hit <ENTER>) shutdown
or shutdown /r (<ENTER>) restart
What do you mean? reboot/"restart" Completely?
when your talking about restart. or reboot,. you just simply go to the start -> restart
its the same thing when you shut down and turn own again.
