All you can do is hope it is reported as a violation . Even resolved questions can be removed that way.Yahoo will consider deleting them but only if they violated community guidelines or revealed personal contact information (e.g. email address, phone numbers, address etc).
If that is the case you could try emailing the YA team [email protected]
explaining as to why it (they) should be deleted, . The same applies to your answers.

Once resolved or in voting you can't delete them.
If it's still open, go to the question , pass your mouse over the pencil icon in the toolbar below your question, click Delete Question.

Open Questions then click on the question and there is an Action Bar below the question. Look for the edit to add more deletes or delete button
Questions In Voting or Resolved cannot be edited or deleted.
