Nissan only guarantees their CVT's for 120k so i would sell it while its running good and get something newer... Having said that i have 270k on my park ave so drive it till the wheels fall off buddy!
200 miles a day is overkill, please don't speed up over speed limits and use cruise control as much as you could to keep rev steady and low
goikg faster than 50% of top speed for more than hour or so is considered severe usage and mostly require immediate transmission fluid change thats in my rx330 5-speed auto lexus book
your engine will last just give it tune-ups every often and checkk all fluids levels including coolant and observe temperature during your commute
good luck
300,000 is not uncommon with regular maintenance then you rebuild it and it's good for another 250,000 and so on. There are many taxis globally with 1,000,000 miles on them.
Don't ever let it overheat or ever run with no oil.
