There is no medicine to help you loose weight. you have to go to the gym about 3 times a week for at least 1hour and a half. at first it seems kind of tuff, but just do it every other day and you'll get used to it
degrease by scrubbing in the shower for 15 minutes then spend 7 minutes shaving 3 minutes toweling off 4 minutes moisturizing and 20 minutes blow drying and styling your hair

Cardio every day for about 35-45 min like jog or run,
Crunches about 100-200
squats 50-100
20-30 push-ups.
Eat more veggies and fruits, drink more water.
About 2 liter of water each day.
No sodas at all, no sugary drinks, no donuts or any sweet food.
By doing cardio and rest of exercise you should be able to lose 2 pounds per week .

got nuts with nuts eating a handful of nuts will help you stay full try soaking them in water for a different texture
get familiar with quinoa a wonderful grain thats easy to cook and goes great with sauteed vegetables or mushrooms
