I'm 16, 5'4" and weigh 135 in the morning :( If i weighed this at night i would be less concerned, but im a fatty :( I wear a size 4 and i want to be a 2. I exercise usually 5 times a week, but this week i have been sick and only exercised once, but i plan to exercise the rest of the week and everyday next week. Is 1000-1200 calories a day good? I want to be thin! as all my skinny friends! Thanks for all ur answers!

First of all, I don't think that 135 @ 5'4" is "fat". In fact, I think it falls nicely in the middle of the "ideal weight" for your sex, age, and height using a calculator that I found online.
What kind of exercise do you do 5 times a week? You should be eating healthy and lifting weights, with some light cardio. 1000-1200 I do not believe is an adequate amount of calories, but I'm not a dietitian.
And thirdly, you don't want to be skeletal. There's nothing wrong with being fit and in shape, but there's a big difference between that, and the anorexic look that many girls seem to think is attractive. Girls with a little meat and muscle on their bones (not overweight, but healthy) are MUCH more attractive to me than some of the skeletal figures that call themselves girls.
Define exercise? Sitting in front of the Wii fit for 20 minutes does not count. Walking for 15 minutes does not count. Try this:
Run 5 miles in 45 minutes 4 times a week. For breakfast, only eat 1 cup oatmeal, 1 hard boiled egg, and a glass of water. For brunch, eat 1 fruit OR a 1/4 cup walnuts
For lunch, eat a salad (no dressing, no cheese, no bacon, none of the good stuff and a can of sardines
late afternoon, eat a piece of fruit or 1/4 cup of nuts
For dinner, eat 1 PIECE of chicken OR fish and 2 veggies (without salt or butter)
2 hours before bed, drink some tea
Do this for 30 days and you will lose 10 lbs.
If you want to lose 10 lbs in 1 week, stop eating and drinking water. Only eat fiber pills (about 10 a day and you can have 1 cup of water with them)
I found your BMI (body mass index), which is your height measured with your weight, and you are at a perfectly normal weight. You need to realize that it's hard for some people to lose weight simply because of their genetics, and how their body is naturally built. The number on the scale really isn't all that important, it's if you're eating right, excercising, and taking care of yourself physically, as well as mentally and socially.
Try the Thermal Diet to increase fat loss.
