I'm 16, 5'4" and weigh 135 pounds, i ate so much food today because its CHRISTmas and we have so much good food ya know, but i have been trying to lose 15 pounds but i cant get my weight even to budge, and right now i am even fatter because of my period :( I exercise 5 times a week (dancing, walking, running) i hardly ever sit down unless im eating or on the computer, so how many calories should i be eating a day, i eat healthy food btw. I feel really fat! i kind of want to make myself purge right now i feel so fat :( help me lose 15 pounds please!

that's avg. if ur already athletic and u cant make that weight budge, then its muscle. ur perfectly healthy. if you purge, your wonderful teeth will no longer look wonderful.
ya just have to workout and consume less calories
