I have an acer aspire 4730z that opens to a black screen that says windows failed to start.
it will not open to the log in screen, safe mode does not work at all, and start normally does not work either.
it also says windows failed to load because the system registry file is missing, or corrupt.
it says to insert windows installation disc(which i do not have) and restart computer.
is there any way to make a windows installation disc throught my working computer?

Yes insert a blank cd on to another windows 7 and and click start and just search for "repair disc" and it will guide you to create a windows recovery disc from that Pc without the insallation cd. But one warning both have to have same bit. If the pc that failed to start is 32 bit the repair disc should be from another 32 bit Pc. And if it was 64 bit it should be from another 64 bit.
No,the only thing which you should do is insert your os disk and choose repair my computer
