There are no new Nintendo DS's being released, We have -

1- The Nintendo DS

2 - The Nintendo DS Lite

3 - The Nintendo DSI

4 - The Nintendo 3DS

Don't forget the DSi XL/LL (depending on region) and the 3DS XL/LL. :)

3DS XL/LL was released last summer. That and the Wii U are the most recent Nintendo consoles. There is no plans that I am aware of to release any new hardware for many years.
