Ok so my computer has no desktop all it has is a black background with a little box that says An unauthorized change was made to windows. Windows has discovered a change that will result in limited Windows functionality. Then they give me a link to go to to fix windows but the link takes me no where. Also every hour my laptop kicks me off and I get a blue screen that restarts my computer and my laptop gets a message that says your computer is infected with a email worm. It also gets a message that says google installer has stopped working and was closed. I also get a message that says Windows hot process has stoped working and last my laptop won't let me get on sites like myspace or YouTube it's says activate you anti-virus software oh also my diskdrive was the first thing that went wrong with my laptop. Pleas Help!!!

Rather than manually doing it since I am assuming that you do not know what to do while in 'Safe Mode' [if you can even get on it], I would take the laptop to somewhere where they do software clean-ups. You can always manually swipe your hard-drive clean and start from scratch, but some viruses have been known to come back after those.
Get McAfee or some other virus scanner too while you're at it.
well what you need to do is do a complete system restore to your laptop (if possible) of it has a cd drive you can call the company and order a cd with what ever os you may have if not you can email my boss on computer techs and tell him whats wrong with it and he can either tell you how to fix it or you can send it to him and get it fixed free of charge(except the stamp) i met him from my net-book fking up bad he fixed it and now i work for him but email my boss at [email protected] his name is chuck
cut your losses and reinstall the os
it sounds like youve got more viruses and malware than a hospital
