I have been taking Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo for almost two months. I never completely skipped a pill, unless I missed taking at my normal time at took it later. The latest after my normal time of taking it I ever took it was around 6 hours later. I've had sex since my last period, but we always used a condom. I start the placebo pill today, and I haven't gotten my period yet. Last period I had on the pill was kind of hard to pinpoint the exact starting day because I was spotting a lot in the beginning. Do I have anything to worry about? Anyone with experience with this pill, let me know when you usually start your period in relation to when you start taking the placebo pills.

Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo is a combo pills with very low dosage. It is usually prescribed to women who have low tolerance to hormone pills (such as headache, weight gain, etc, etc when using higher dosage combo pills). Problem with low dosage combo pills is that you CANNOT skip a pill. You are putting yourself at a very high risk of getting pregnant, and your body will experience break through bleeding (just as you mentioned). Since you said you were always using condoms as a another method (smart move!), you have nothing to worry about. If you did have unprotected sex, I would suggest getting a pregnancy test once you are out of placebo pills and you still did not get your period.
Normally, when taking pills at EXACTLY the same time (very important with low dosage pills!) you will get your period when you´re on the 3rd placebo pill.
I hope this helps
I was on this same pill for 3 years and I always started my period on the Wednesday of the placebo pills.
You are allowed a few hours leeway when taking your pills.
