I woke up this morning with MAJOR leg cramps so when I got out of bed I put some deep heat cream on them to ease the cramps a little. After that I decided to lye down on my bed with pillows under my legs and feet and wait for the deep heat to kick in. Then all of a sudden BAM! I felt a contraction (BH or not :S ) coming on and it got SOO intense, It was by far the most intense one I have felt yet, it HURT! I literally had to groan out loud a little bit and squeeze my pillow lol. I got up and started to walk around to see if it would ease the pain (walking usually eases my BH) and it didnt get any better!, just got more intense and probably lasted about 45 seconds- 1 minute.
I havent got another one since, So im very confused :S
Do you think this was a BH contraction?
Or possibly a real contraction?
I know you cant tell me for sure but experienced opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!
(Im 36 weeks pregnant)
Update:I had a pre-term labour scare at 33 weeks and the contractions were regular but nowhere near as painful as what I experienced this morning. Im confused :S
Could It just be my body preparing for labour?

I used to get this sometimes when I was pregnant but it was my daughter laying the wrong way. I just got lucky the one day when I was at the Dr. and had that happen and told the Dr. I thought i was having a contraction and she said that it wasn't a contraction and the baby was just probably on a nerve. If you have anymore, I'd time them just to be safe, but I wouldn't worry too much about it if your not having anymore and you can still feel baby move.
BH's can be painful but they don't progress or become regular. If you get the pains and tightening or lower back pains and it has a pattern you can time and starts progressing and not going away then that is real contractions
Real ones will not stop.
That was BH.
