I pulled out pork chops sometime yesterday out of the freezer and put them into the fridge overnight to thaw out. (I don t exactly remember what time I pulled them out yesterday, but it was yesterday) my intention was to use them for dinner tonight. However, I m missing an ingredient and would hate to get back out in the cold/ice to grab one thing. So instead, I was thinking about leaving them in the fridge until tomorrow and then cooking them. Will this be safe? Or should I brave the cold and cook them tonight? Thanks!

The fridge for two days is fine.
they will be find for a couple days.
Relax
Pork chops will be fine in the fridge for 4-5 days easily.
No longer than a day or two should they be kept in the frig.
It will certainly be safe to keep your pork chops in the refrigerator one more day beware that the porkchop blood doesn't drip all over the inside of your refrigerator and pollute it
They should be fine to cook tomorrow, if you keep them in the fridge today / tonight.
