serving a summons to a commerical mailing agency customer?
If I am serving someone who's address has been located as a commercial mail receiving agency address...can the agent of process serve the commercial mailing agency - whom represents the defendent?
In most states I think you will find that you have to serve either the defendant or his attorney, or someone with the power of attorney. That is not the same as a mail-box supervisor.
I don't think there is an easy way to serve process...it is always work.
Serve the papers on the secretary of state where they are incorporated. Every state allows for service of any domestic corp on the secretary of state, as the corp agent. The Sect. of State will then forward to the Corp.
