Sewer Sump Pump-Problems?
Debris was caught in fan--I cleaned it out and washed it out inside and out. It looked like it was running fine. I primed it and when i put it in water it would not pump out and all it did was hum
Any Ideas- new one is 200

either it is indeed a blockage, or the motor is bad. re build (take apart completely)the thing and see if it is a simple fix like bad bearings or if is indeed a bad motor. during rebuild you will be 100% on if there is a blockage or not. remember to replace(with new) mechanical seals before putting it all back together.
with the electrical off, try to insert something inside the spinning wheel, possibly you have small debri's still stuck on the wheel, be careful.
If the outlet PVC pipe is blocked, there is nothing else you can do except UNBLOCK the pipe! Dig it up yourself and fix it, or hire a contractor and finance the cost. It will NOT fix itself. The water has to go somewhere...
