We can only use ∧ and ¬ for ?.
The first one makes me believe it is: ¬ ( p ∧ q)
And then T and F is false, which will then make it true.
F and T is false, which then makes it true.
And false and false makes it false, so it is true.
Am I right?

You are. The only answer that is different is the T T condition. Since that produces the only F, it is opposite of the ∧ function and has to be negated, which you did.
