I'm a 21-year-old female, 5"7" and 130 lbs. My BMI is 20.4.
My worst health habit right now is probably that I drink (on average) several cans of Mountain Dew everyday. If I exercise 30 minutes a day and cut Mountain Dew out of my diet completely (and replace it with just water), could I get a flat stomach?

Yes. Also, cut out wheat. I weigh 30 lbs more than you, and my stomach is totally flat. I eat high protein, high (healthy) fat, and I don't eat grains. My carbs come from vegetables and fruit. I don't have any jiggle on my body and I don't "work out" I just try to play with my dogs every day and clean my house and do yard work. I'm solid muscle even though I work a desk job. Cutting out wheat was the best thing I did to get rid of the bloated belly look for good. Got rid of my cellulite too. I eat a whole foods diet (nothing processed or out of a package with lots of added sodium) Sodium will bloat you up also. Mountain dew... yikes! That stuff sucks. Try carbonated water with fresh lime and stevia. No cals, fresher taste, and awesome.
Totally.
But madam, anything can be done it you want it to.
