If you want a more dimensional look, I think the first pic is really pretty; I love all of the different shades. This would need to be done by a professional of course, not only because there are so many colors, but also because you have dark hair and anything more than a couple of shades different from that should be left to the pros. If you want a solid color, I like the third one. I did not care for the second color at all. The third pic is a nice rich color. So, like I sad, depends on what you feel like. Also, keep in mind that highlights and multiple colors like that are higher maintenance.

try L'Oreal Preference Medium Chestnut Brown. it's such a beautiful color, and no matter what skin tonw, eye color, the dye makes you look like it's your natural hair color. and i do it myself every time, and it looks great. always make sure that you do weekly deep conditioning to keep the color!
