I was wondering if I could run crysis 3 ultra.also alot people said my video card needed to be upgraded but I was wondering if anybody had a substitute for around 200$

With a GTX 660? Not even close.

A GTX660Ti (the next model up from your GTX660) manages 33 fps average. Not really playable
Not even close , can get low settings a couple of people say they are having problems running a gtx 680 at ultra settings for crysis 3, the processor also needs to be upgraded check at game debate.com and look at the requirements for ultra settings
