200 calories a day to lose 50-55 pounds?

I know this will sound crazy but lets approach it hypothetically. AKA, I want to try but not completely sure about it yet.

If I were eat only egg whites, 12 each day, 4 at each meal, thats 204 calories.

For exercise, I use eliptical for 2 hours and stationary bike for 2 hours.

Following this, a sport of some sort for an hour (that being tennis, basketball or badminton)

If I did this for 60 days at least, could I lose 50 pounds?

19 years old

Female

5'7"

140 lbs

BMR 1300
