About 5 weeks ago I started eating healthy (mostly raw foods, with plenty of protein each day), and exercising 6 days a week for about an hour. I consume about 1300 calories on a typical day, and drink between 60 and 80 oz of water a day. I have actually gained weight since doing this (I am 24, 5'2 and weighed 171 when i started, and now (5 weeks later) weight 176).. whats the deal? I dont think i should be gaining weight...

maybe water, make sure to weigh yourself throughout the day to get a consistent weight....if people say "its muscle mass" then that statement is false...you cant build muscle with little calories....also you say you consume plenty of protein...i suggest you reconsider, the majority of your calories should be carbs. im assuming you want to lose weight, and increasing protein is fine, but a large amount is unnecessary. you only want to increase it somewhat more to spare muscle tissue.
Muscle is heavier than fat. While you might have lost fat, you have gained muscle, and are therefore heavier.
You should be eating more too.
Make sure to lift lighter weight to help tone your muscles, followed by a solid session of cardio for at 20 minutes. That will help you tone your muscles as well as burn fat.
Just so you know, lifting weights also increases your metabolism for up to 24 hours after a work out, so it is a necessary part of losing weight, even if gaining muscle increases it.
Did you consult your doctor before starting? There's a number of reasons you could be having trouble:
You might not be able to digest protein properly
You might actually be drinking too much water
Or, most likely, it's muscle. You should check your measurements weekly. On most occasions, you gain a lot of muscle, then you start to go down.
If it still concerns you, I'd definitely check with your doctor.

also you are starving yourself
starving yourself is no way to go as it slows your metabolism
eat about 1500 cals - 2000 cals
