Hello the State Attorney's Office has offered me a plea bargain. If i plea guilty to dwi it'll be my first sentence, and it will be deffered after probation. My question is deffered means it shows on your record as dismissed correct? So after i complete my probation and pay my cost on my record it'll be dismissed and i do not no longer have to worry as long as I never get another one again correct?. It goes a bit further than just not getting another DUI. Just like probation, there are conditions to deferred prosecution. If you do not commit any crime or breach of the peace, the charge is done away with, and it will be as if it never happened. I hope you can keep your nose clean for the time required.
