How to clean a tragus piercing?
I got my tragus pierced today with a hoop & my piercer told me to soak it with a cotton ball & not a q-tip for some reason. I'm finding it a little hard to clean the back of the piercing, (am I even supposed to clean the back..?) I really don't want to move the hoop too much...
Any tips?

i used a q tip and dipped it in a sea salt mixture and went around the front n back of the holes, your suposed to soak it but i wasnt going to fool with doing that and mine turned out fine, i also used a piercing pagoda solution
