How to compress hd video files?
I want to make the 3GB files smaller for easier uploading without sacrificing video quality. I'm using live movie maker if that matters.

Download a copy of Handbake. It is easy to use. You just select a video file and choose a profile (like IPad, iPhone,etc...) The "Apple TV" profile would give you great quality for online video.
