okay i'm trying to do this i never new how difficult this was gonna be i though it would be so easy but it's not. i have done a yahoo search on this and i have try to read on how to do and i can't get it i have even try to watch a video on how to do it and i still can't figure out how to do this. I follow what they tell me to do in the video step bye step but i still can't get it. they said something like when you press the screen shot key it goes into you're clipboard ok sorry but don't mean to sound retarded but WTH is a clipboard? And all so they are telling me that for Mac you hold both command and shift okay again don't mean to sound like a re tared but i no where the shift key is but where is an WTH is a command key i can't find it on my Laptop. Is there an easier way of doing this. My Laptop computer's keyboard is way different from a Mac keyboard.I'm pressing the sysrq key but nothing is happening all that happens is the page scrolls up when i press it. When i press Alt and the Sysrq key he page will scroll up but it said on this web site where i'm at now trying to learn how to do screen shots that it might of copies it to the clipboard but it's not telling me how to get to my clipboard. Here is how they are telling me to do a screenshot on Mac hold boh the command an shift and press 3 of first off where is the command key on a dang Laptop computer? then click on how how to take a Windows screenshot and it says to press PrtScn SysRq okay i press the key nothing happen.
Update:i have a TOSHIBA LAPTOP if that matters

Where it says 'sysrq' above it it should say 'prt sc', hold down shift and that button. Then to put it into a document just paste it (right click and paste or ctrl+v) Forget about everything else and this should work..
push prtscn
the past the picture in paint or something similar
