I'm 16 5'1" and i have a fast metabolism and i just want to know how to lose 5 extra lbs. ( 110lbs size 1-3). i want to weight 100lbs or 105. with my metabolism makes me eat more... but i dont how to lose the weight. Also my mother cooks food that is low calorie and makes me hungry cuz where she comes from they eat low calorie food and are stick skinny. And cuz we are on a budget... so theres not allot of money flowing through

Count calories and keep them at 1200-1500 a day, your a bit heavier so maybe start of THE MOST at 1800. dont drink anything but water, a lot of unknown calories come from drinks.
Fill up on fruits and veggies!
Eat very healthy.
Can't you go walking at all? thats like working out but not vigorous. if you are allowed to do that i would suggest 30m-1hr a day
