Paris! Madrids lovely, but if you do decide to go there visit the palace. But Paris is the most beautiful city I've ever been to, and theres so much going on!
If you have to choose, go to Paris, that's where you will be able to see the most. Also, if you have time to spare, you can always ride the train from Paris to London and get to see two of the three cities.

Wow, exciting choice! All 3 are great in their own way. Madrid has the best weather. Paris has the romance. London has the sights and history.
Of the 3 I would pick London as its probably easier for an english-speaker. Its probably also the most expensive.

Paris, way more to see and do. The Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Napoleons Tomb, etc.etc......... plus the city is great to walk around .
