Manner to pay extra dentist expenses children to ex?
I pay child support to my ex thru the clearinghouse in az. the court assigned the mother and i to pay extra cost for dentist/doctor's monies that the insurance would not cover. I have read somewhere that if i send my ex money just like that it would show as a gift to her and then she could say i did not pay for my part of the doctor's bill. please advice. thanks

Pay the dentist direct. Why take that chance of getting screwed later on.
Yep you need to pay the dentist direct - otherwise its considered a "gift" that she could claim she never recieved
Yep that is right. Never give her cash/check. Pay the bill directly and keep the documentation as proof.
