This could be a blood pressure or a diabetes issue if you don't think it's pregnancy.

I would definitely make an appointment with your doctor to check your blood pressure, blood levels and markers, urine test, etc.

The doctor can also take a blood test to test for a variety of things. It also is the most accurate preg test because if you are pregnant the beta hcg marker is in your blood ~ it can't be there if you aren't and it excretes immediately upon implantation; however, if you have an ectopic (implants in the tube and er surgery), or miscarriage the marker will show up until it leaves your body.

I'm concerned because of the headaches. Do you sometimes see fruit flies in your way but there's nothing there? That's the blood pressure and headaches. The headache is your WARNING sign to get to the doctor.

Sometimes when the egg implants, you get nauseated quite all of sudden out of the blue, but it doesn't last longer than the implant ~ a few hours.
