How come we don't have instruction in subway on how to exit a t rain incase of an emergency, if the train is stalled, stuck. And people really need to leave. There are other train systems in others states that have this, but not new york?
Update:Yea but it still doesn't instruct people on how to be prepared in case of an emergency. In case all else fails you want instruction. Wouldn't you?

Unless the train itself is on fire, it is safer to stay in the train. The tunnels provide no emergency exits and thee is a risk of electrocution and getting run over by another train.
I've seen stickers inside the NYC subway cars, usually near both ends of each cars, on emergency instructions.
