Well from my experience running a Hero deck. I would take out kuriboh just because that combo is very unlikely to pull off. Also take out the fusion power ups. The better fusions are over 6 stars so its not that great to have. Also switch mirror gate for mirror force. Also sakeretsu for scrap-iron scarecrow becuase with that you can negate one attack per turn. Hero mask is also a card i don't like. A hero you should add is woodsman, and ocean. Also sky scraper 2 because then you can try to use ocean to bring a hero back to your hand. Woodsman for a poly everyturn from graveyard or deck. and skyscraper 2 special summon a hero back during main phase to field, but it has to have been destroyed by battle. But with that it should run better.
dude u have over 60 cards 60 iz limit and i suggest narrowing down ur cards to a specific kind of hero deck, cuz what i see is u tryig to pull off fusions while at the same time cramming as many e hero cards as possible. its good, but it can be waaaaaaaaaaaay. better if u narrow down ur ideas. in my opinion, u should run a e hero fusion deck, its easy to make and gets wins
