do tactical air control party specialists have to to go through "SERE" training? ive looked but cant find a clear answer.

No, they do not
But TACP members assigned to special tactics teams, may be sent to SERE.
But your not gonna be assigned to a STT for 3 or more years after enlisting.
I dont believe so but the training will probably be something similar.
