When I play one, it goes to 100% immediately. Even at 100% processing the computer can't play the dvd without lagging. I don't know why this happens. It's been going on for a while, but I used to be able to watch dvds on my computer without this happening.
I have an HP Media Center pc, with windows xp media center edition.
I also have an ati radeon graphics card, hd 4670.

1) Lag is high ping time on your internet connection, it's not a generic term for "slow".
2) Download the graphics driver (from HP's site) and install it. Also make sure that you don't have all sorts of crap running in the background, eating up CPU cycles.
Lag in WOW is many times talked approximately sluggish community communication, this is sluggish internet, unreliable connection, yet extra many times sluggish connection to interest server with extreme ping. then you definately see each little thing kinda jumpy, or your toon gets caught. in case you have low FPS as a results of sluggish workstation then this is not a lag - you purely under 30FPS and evidently gruesome. in the 2d version this is as a results of fact of your video card - 9100 is a very low end, it can not run WOW on medium settings and his res, you will desire to teach decision and settings down heavily. Or get a extra recent workstation, when you consider which you have slowest Athlon II, previous DDR2 reminiscence and integrated video. this is not going to be any reliable.
This can mean three things:
1) You need to clean the disk reader
2) You are using a scratched CD
3) You have adware spyware or viruses
4)You need to run a disk cleaner or defragmenter and a registry cleaner
