My right leg feels crampy and there is this pressure feeling in it which is very uncomfortable, it hurts if I make sudden movements too and when I walk or get up.
It's kind of swollen too, (around the shin area).
I dont know if it was because of yesterday, as I was on my feet all day, a lot of standing and walking. And i was wearing these boots which were kind of heavy because they had a slight heel.
The other day I also noticed dark bruises too that have appeared from nowhere. But they have faded now.
My legs were fine yesterday.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues.
Other conditions can also cause leg pain; blood clots in the veins of your legs (deep vein thrombosis) or varicose veins can cause pain, swelling and even open sores. Narrowed arteries can reduce blood flow to your legs, leading to pain that gets worse with exercise and improves with rest. Infections, too, can cause leg pain.
To relieve mild pain and swelling. Stay off your leg as much as possible. Apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day. Elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down. For best results, start these measures within 48 hours of an injury. Once the swelling subsides--usually in two or three days--apply moist heat to help restore flexibility and range of motion. Otherwise, acetaminophen, aspirin, ibuprofen, or naproxen for pain from your doctor permission.
I hope this helps you. And good luck.
