I'm a 14 year old girl and as a kid like when i was about 7/8 i always was very very athletic, i loved to run and play all types of sports and now that i am 14 going on 15 a have developed calve muscles there not dramatically huge to a point where it looks like a have man legs but there at the point where i just wanna thin em down a bit, so my question is; does anyone know a quick and easy way to reduce calf muscles, without any type of surgery?
please help.
Update:But what kind of girl wants tight and firm legs?! I dont want man legs, I mean im not fat so if I end up losing the muscle they wont be fat and jiggly, but thank you everyone for the advice :)

As with any other muscle in your body, is safe to assume that if you avoid any activity that puts that particular muscle to use, it will eventually and naturally adopt a more flaccid look; if anything you could avoid wearing high hills, or any shoes that raise your hills. In the meantime, if you feel self-conscious about your calf's, you could try deflecting attention from them by enhancing other areas on you; but very likely, you are paying more attention to them, then anybody else is.
Good for you!!! At least you don't like stick-thin girls. In the colonial times, a big calf muscle was what people mostly looked for in a mate, but it was normally a woman looking at a man's calves.
Something that has definitely worked for me is standing on the edge of steps or a chair and going up and down only using your calves. Also make sure before and after you doing any exercise really really stretch your calves it will make your muscles more ready to work and therefore you will get better results!
Wear heals from now on. 4 inches, minimum. The position of your foot in the heels will cause your calf muscles to appear smaller and you'll look taller, too. It's a win/win situation! Good luck!
well i really dont think there is much you could do for that beside like not walk at alll.........like when i broke my leg and i had a cast on when i took it off my calf was small and it took a few weeks of work outs to get it normal again
thats something to be proud of, tight & firm legs, not fat jiggly legs, prerfectly fine.
