If you have had unprotected sex.. or even on birthcontrol but it failed, you could be pregnant. Just being 'gassy' will not LEAD to pregnancy, but it could be a subtle sign of being pregnant.

If you have failed to get your period, you may be pregnant, but you may bleed and you might think you are having your period you still could be pregnant.

I highly recommend not asking us, but going to a pharmacy and picking up a pregnancy test. If it comes up negetative and says not pregnant, but you still do not get your period or continue to be 'ill', go to your doctor or a free clinic to be tested. I was pregnant with twins twice and neither time did a test show positive at home until I was nearly 10 weeks pregnant, although my blood levels for the HGH were 'off the chart'. My doctor said that was not unusual for home pregnancy tests not to read correctly.
