It'll run on low-med settings with 25-30FPS. Crysis 3 Beta was a very demanding game; maybe they'll fix FPS issues when they release the official game. Even my GTX 680 4GB FTW Edition had problems with it.
Your processor and graphic card are too low to play on high or max settings. You might be able to pull out medium if you're willing to have framerate drops in certain places.
