Every student is unique. If it's difficult now for each student to communicate better with their teacher, how will it be when the ratio of students to teachers increase?
First, set your letter up as you would an argumentative essay. The first paragraph is your introduction. Talk about what you're writing about. Beyond your introduction you should have three paragraphs. These are your three (you can have more if you want) most convincing arguments about the issue at hand. Finally, your last paragraph is your conclusion.
I like to first find my 4 arguments and proceed from there. Here's one to start you off:
- Difficult for students, especially students who need extra attention from the teacher (smaller class sizes mean more individual attention)
The first sentence of your essay is supposed to capture a reader's attention and provide a strong idea of what the essay is about.
Here's an example: "Reducing class sizes goes a long way in laying a foundation for a positive learning environment for our students."
A good idea would be to search the impact of increasing classroom sizes on a student. Doing so will help you find effective arguments.
