Lei hou ho ngoi = 你好可愛 = You're very cute/adorable

Lei ba seng hou teng = 你把聲好聽 = Your voice is very nice

Ngo jung yi lei ba seng = 我鐘意你把聲 = I really like your voice

Leng jai ah lei = 靚仔呀你 = You're very good looking/handsome

This is the way Cantonese natives speak, but in an informal setting most of us prefer to type/write like this too. :)
