Can't open "My Computer" "Control Panel" etc plz help!?
is there anyway i can fix this without restoring my system? i ran ccleaner and now i think a fil was corrupted but do u think if i just update windows explorer (the updates were probably nuked) it would be fine? and were can i find the update?

If your computer really misbehave, i guess you try to system restrore. If you don't do that and you still looking for more solution, I guess it would take up more time to do it. reinstalling or restoring is just a few hours to do.
