during training i got really confused on hot bar could someone please help?

i'm scared to ask at my new place because its not one or two drinks, i'm pretty much confused on a lot of hot bar & don't want to be asking questions every time a drink comes up on hot bar.

so cafe latte is.... shots and milk right?

so what is coffee and milk? Cafe au lait?

Also what is in an Americano?

all i know is that its two, three, four shots.

And how do you make an Iced Chai Latte? is it the same thing as iced vanilla latte but with chai tea?

or do i use the extract?
