I just moved to a new location i have a custom built gaming computer, i didnt turn it on for about 1 week.. then today when i did turn it on the psu noise was completely low and it was blinking like it was about to turn off, the same with the fans they were working at 10% speeds like almost dead.. my question is what can i do about this is it the psu?? could i have fried my mobo in the process? cause if it is the mobo i dont wanna go spend money on a new psu then come home putting it together then having it still not work cause maybe the mobo was fried too.

If I understand your question correctly, your PSU lights and fan's are blinking and low? If the psu has a blinking light, that is always always a bad sign.
You could try buying a powersupply tester for like $10 on newegg. All you do is take out the psu connectors from the motherboard and plug them into the tester to check to see if they are working correctly, and you can do this for all the different psu cables.
Chances are you are going to need a new powersupply. I recommend buying a quality name brand psu becuase the psu is the most important part of a computer.
And to answer your question: yes, it is possible that your psu took your motherboard and/or your graphics card with it when it died.
If you can't test the graphics card and motherboard separately, what you are going to have to do is test this psu, if it fails buy a new one, install it and cross your fingers. If the pc still has problems you are going to have to test the graphics card and memory as well.
Leave your system plugged in and off overnight! This should charge up your BIOS battery. Most of the time these batteries last much longer! Your BIOS battery could be bad too. This is just a watch battery!
